01Who we are

Metabole is the trading name of Cubizor LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered address at 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, USA.

Cubizor LLC is responsible for the personal information collected through metabole.tech. Write to privacy@metabole.tech with any question about this policy, or any request concerning your own information.

02What we collect

Two things, and nothing else. The first is what you deliberately send us through the contact form. The second is anonymous measurement of how the site performs for the people reading it.

This site has no accounts, no logins, no cart and no payment processing. We do not buy personal information about you from anyone, and we do not build a profile of you.

03The contact form

The form asks for your name, your email address and your message. We use them for one purpose: to read your inquiry and to reply to it. There is no second use.

Submissions are delivered to us by Resend, our email provider, and are stored in the Google Workspace mailbox behind contact@metabole.tech. An automated acknowledgement goes to the address you enter, confirming that your message arrived. That acknowledgement is a receipt, not marketing: we do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send newsletters.

When you submit the form we count the request against your IP address, so that no single sender can flood us with more than three messages a minute. That counter lives only for the length of the one-minute window and then expires. Your IP address is never stored alongside your inquiry, never written to a log we keep, and never used to work out who you are.

The form is email. Please do not send passwords, credentials, financial account details, health information or anything else sensitive through it.

04Analytics and performance measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages are read and how quickly the site loads. Both are cookieless, and neither stores your IP address.

Web Analytics records a timestamp, the page address and route, the referring site, filtered query parameters, an approximate location no more precise than a city, your device type, your operating system and your browser. Visitors are counted through a hash derived from the incoming request, which is discarded after twenty-four hours.

Speed Insights records the page route, your country, your device type, operating system and browser, your connection speed, and the browser's own performance measurements.

Neither product can identify you, and neither can follow you from this site to any other.

05Cookies

This site sets exactly one cookie, named NEXT_LOCALE. It is written only when you pick a language with the switcher in the header, it holds the two letters en or tr, and it lasts a year.

That cookie exists solely to remember a choice you made, so we do not ask for consent to set it and this site shows no cookie banner. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party cookies of any kind.

06Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We do not track visitors across sites, and we do not sell or share personal information, so there is no cross-site tracking for such a signal to switch off. Our behaviour is the same whether or not you send one.

07Who else handles your information

Vercel Inc. hosts this site and provides the analytics and performance measurement described above.

Resend delivers the two emails the contact form sends.

Google LLC provides the Google Workspace mailbox in which your inquiry is stored and read.

Where we run the contact form's rate limit across servers rather than on one, Upstash holds that short-lived counter. It never receives your name, your address or your message.

Each of them acts on our instructions and for these purposes only. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by California law. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

08How long we keep it

Inquiries sent through the contact form stay in our mailbox indefinitely, as the record of our correspondence with you. If you would rather we deleted yours, write to privacy@metabole.tech and we will.

Analytics and performance data is aggregated and holds nothing that points back to you. It is retained by Vercel on its own schedule.

09Your rights, and how to use them

Wherever you live, you may ask us what information about you we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@metabole.tech.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, to opt out of its sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of these. We neither sell nor share personal information and we collect no sensitive personal information, so two of those rights have nothing to act on here.

We verify a request by replying to the email address in our records for you, because that address is the only identifier we hold. We answer within forty-five days. You may act through an authorised agent, who must show us your written permission.

10Children

This site is addressed to businesses and to the people who work in them. It is not directed to children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something through the form, write to privacy@metabole.tech and we will delete it.

11Security

The site is served over HTTPS and keeps no database of visitor information. Form submissions travel encrypted to our email provider and into a mailbox protected by strong authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

12Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and any material change will be described here. Using the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.

13Language

This policy is published in English and in Turkish. The English version is the authoritative one: where the two differ, the English version governs.
